NewsSorteo Games & Cellular Express announce strategic joint venture to install/operate self-service interactive vending machines in Mexico and other countries in the Americas for the distribution of cellular airtime & electronic lottery games SAN DIEGO, CA, November 15, 2010 — Digital Orchid Applications de Mexico, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sorteo Games, has entered into a strategic joint venture agreement with one of the leading distributors of mobile products and services nationwide in Mexico, Cellular Express. The focus of the partnership is to integrate the sales and distribution of carrier airtime services with the Digital Orchid™ server-based wireless lottery platform, pioneered by Sorteo Games. The Joint Venture Company, Virtual Market S.A., has entered into agreements with the leading retail locations nationwide to install and operate automated self servics vending machines for the distribution of Telcel prepaid airtime services and electronic products from the National Lottery. The full commercial operations for Virtual Market S.A. were successfully launched today. The Digital Orchid™ platform now supports automated vending machine sales for Telcel airtime services, as well as the full range of mobile and interactive games provided for the National Lottery of Mexico, such as the popular Sorteo Mayor weekly draw and the Loteria Mexicana Bingo-Lotto Progressive Jackpot Game. Virtual Market S.A. currently has 200 vending machines installed in shopping malls and metro stations in Mexico City and plans to add 50 new interactive self service airtime and lottery kiosks each month in strategic retail locations nationwide. Over 2000 machines are planned to be rolled out by the Joint Venture.
