Sorteo Games launches Wireless Distribution Channel for National Lottery of Mexico Mexico's National Lottery Goes Mobile with Sorteo Game's Wireless Server Based Regulated Gaming Platform SAN DIEGO, CA, November 11, 2008 — Sorteo Games, the leader in the development of mobile products and server based services for the regulated lottery gaming industry, has launched Mexico's first mobile channel for the National Lottery's electronic instant game called CACHITO MOVIL (www.cachitomovil.com). The end-to-end, real time mobile distribution channel and server based data center for electronic instant gaming service was developed and launched by Sorteo Games in close partnership with Mexico's exclusive National lottery institution, Lotería Nacional de Mexico. The wireless lottery service enables consumers to engage in instant lottery games on wireless phones and PDAs in Mexico using prepaid phone cards and authorized electronic payment systems which are available nationwide. Winners of the instant lottery draws can claim prizes at authorized redemption locations or choose to credit the winnings to their betting accounts. "There are over 60 million National Lottery customers in Mexico who can now access the popular instant lottery games using SMS text messaging via their mobile handsets," stated Nour-Dean Anakar, CEO of Sorteo Games. "Mexico's highly regulated environment which excludes casino gaming combined with it's very large wireless consumer base makes our instant mobile lottery channel the ideal means to expand the National Lottery's new electronic gaming services." continued Anakar. Bob Betros, COO added, "Our state-of-the-art server-based lottery data center and regulated wireless gaming applications have established the technological benchmark we were seeking in partnership with the National Lottery for the development and launch of new electronic regulated gaming platforms."
