Wireless Innovator Digital Orchid Names Nour-Dean Anakar to Serve as President and COO
Company Shores Up Management Team in Preparation for Explosive Growth of Wireless Industry

San Diego, CA – June 5, 2006 -- Digital Orchid, the industry's leading technology innovator in development and distribution of branded real-time wireless applications and mobile content platforms, today announced the appointment of Nour-Dean Anakar as the Company’s president and chief operating officer.

Anakar, 48, a co-founder of the company, previously served as Digital Orchid’s SVP Latin America responsible for driving the performance of its Latin America business units and expanding wireless content penetration to Spanish-speaking markets. Prior to joining Digital Orchid, Anakar held senior positions in gaming, sports, and entertainment operations in the United States, Europe, and Latin America, including executive management positions with Ladbrokes, USA and South America, and San Diego and Buenos Aires based gaming companies LCIN LLC and LCIN S.A.

Daniel Daou, CEO, stated that the Digital Orchid unanimously selected Anakar based on his extensive experience in gaming, sports, and emerging technology industries, his track record leading the complex operations of the South American division, and his strong management and personal leadership acumen.

Anakar has already assumed his new duties and succeeds Chris Duggan, who served as President and COO since 2005.
